Tony Guerra
Tony Guerra is a Venezuelan DJ and producer whose career, spanning over a decade, has established him as a global reference in electronic music. From his roots in Venezuela to the world’s most iconic stages, his journey embodies that of an innovative artist who not only follows trends but creates them. With a career defined by sonic exploration and a deep connection with his audience, Tony has left his mark on high-caliber festivals such as Resistance Ultra, BPM Festival, Dreambeach, ADE, and Miami Music Week, where each set is an explosion of energy and contagious rhythms. Born in Venezuela, Tony grew up immersed in rich musical diversity; albums of classical music, pop, vallenato, disco, and salsa brava shaped his sonic sensibility. At the age of 12, his interest in turntables marked the beginning of a passion that would define his life.
A true believer in the philosophy that “if you’re happy, your audience will be too,” Tony forged his style as a pioneer of Latin-Tech, blending Latin rhythms with powerful basslines and vibrant grooves. This unique sound, inspired by his roots, led Beatport (the world’s largest electronic music platform for DJs) to officially recognize Latin-Tech as a subgenre — a historic milestone for Latin music. Tony has conquered stages in Bulgaria, Croatia, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and beyond, shining in legendary venues such as Hï Ibiza (named Best Club in the World by DJ Mag), Club Space Miami, Fabrik Madrid, and Avant Gardner New York. His performance at The Martinez Brothers’residency in Hï Ibiza was a defining moment in his career. His talent has been honored with multiple Pepsi Music Awards, including Album of the Year (2017), Artist of the Year and Track of the Year (2019) in Electronic House/Techno, with further accolades in 2023, and his dominance is reflected across playlists on Spotify and Apple Music.
